Beast body is the dream body of everyone. We want to get the best health and the best body which makes our personality more and more attractive. Definitely, it is the wish of every man and every woman to look attractive and thus they feel more and more confident. There are two types of beast body: bulk beast body and lean beast body. The lean beast body is for those who do not want to look bulky and heavy; rather they prefer to have a lean and smart, yet strong body. In this article, I have a simple schedule for those who want to have a lean beast body. Like the bulk beast body, there are three blocks of lean beast body. Take a look:
1. Build block: this block or phase consists of 3 weeks only. In the first week, you have to build the chest on day 1, legs on day 2, back on day 3 and cardio and abs on day 4. On day 5, you have to build the shoulders followed by rest on the next day. Finally, on day 7, you have to build or tempo chest. Next, in second week, you have to build legs on day 1, build or tempo back on day 2 and beast cardio and abs on day 3. On day 4, build shoulders and take rest on day 5. Build or tempo chest on day 6 and build legs on day 7. The workout for week 2 is done. Similarly, on week 3, build or tempo back on day 1, beast cardio and abs on day 2 and build shoulders on day 3. Take rest on day 4. On day 5, build or tempo the chest and build legs on day 6. Finally, on day 7, build or tempo back. Similarly, on the 3rd week, build or tempo back on day 1, beast cardio and abs on day 2 and build shoulders on day 3. Again, take rest on day 4 and continue workout in the following days. Build or tempo chest on day 5 and build legs on day 6. On day 7, build or tempo back and you are done with the first block or phase.
2. Bulk block: as compared to the bulk beast body workout, there is very short workout for bulk phase in lean beast body workout. Instead of 6 weeks workout in bulk beast body, there is only 5 weeks workout in lean body beast. For all these 5 weeks, you have to bulk the chest on day 1, legs on day 2, arms on day 3 and cardio and abs on day 4. On day 5, bulk the back. Bulk shoulders on day 6 and take rest on day 7 of every 5 weeks.
3. Beast block: the block comprises of two weeks only. With the rest on the 6th and the last day, you have to work out on build and beast the body parts in the first week and bulk in the second week. Get more information on www.beastmods.com.
